  • SKFM Received Derivatives Investment Manager License

    January 2008 SKFM received a Derivatives Investment Manager License from the SEC which will enable SKFM to offer hedging services to our clients by using stock index futures contracts after receiving final approval from the SEC.
  • SKFM Applied for India QFII

    June 2008 SKFM has applied for registration as a Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (“QFII”) with the Indian regulator (SEBI) with the intention to broaden SKFM’s clients’ investment portfolio exposure to regional markets in line with new SEC foreign investment regulations.

    June 2008 Seamico Knight Fund Management Securities Company Limited has changed its name to “Siam Knight Fund Management Securities Company Limited” on June 20, 2008 following a divestment by Seamico Securities Plc.
  • Knight Mekong Fund

    December 2013 SKFM launched the Knight Mekong Fund (KMF) for equity investment in Thailand the neighbouring Greater Mekong Region (GMR) countries.
